Phase 1.
Initial version for testing.

3 instances of the same indicator referencing 3 different tf's

Indicator is NonLagMA nrp with percent filter.  I use nonlagma_-_histo_amp_pct_filter by MLaden. I have the MQL4 source file.

If all 3 instances of the indicator concur at candle close then trade in the direction of the indicator.

Close trade when one instance of the indicator no longer concurs. 

Need to be able to adjust TF, period and percent of each indi and test for best settings. 

Also require a timer to only allow trade opening during certain hours of the day. 

Usual money management elements needed. (fixed lots size/percent lot size/initial SL/SL to BE etc). These can be added later I guess once EA is tested as a basic tool.
