Custom indicator converted to an EA

This is how I want the E.A to be conditioned         1.Opening and Closing of orders: once the indicator generates a buy order by displaying a green arrow in the market the EA should buy immediately at market price also if the indicator generates a sell signal by painting a red arrow the EA should sell immediately at market price.........if we had a buy order and after 5 minutes or 5 hours the indicator generates a sell order the EA should close the buy order first before opening a new sell order this N/B the orders are closed if the EA detects an opposite signal........... Risk management: this indicator sometimes repaints signals so if the indicator had generated a buy order by painting a green arrow then after 5 minutes or 5 hours the arrow disappears from the chart the E.A should close that order immediately ..........if the indicator had generated a sell signal by displaying a red arrow then after 5 minutes or 5 hours the red arrow disappears from the chart then the EA should close that order immediately the arrow disappears to minimise risk......The E.A should also be tracking the arrow signal that generated the order if it disappears it closes order....... The programmer should also insert trail stopping feature.....the programmer should also insert an input that will specify my lot size.....the programmer will insert an input to specify maximum drawdown in dollars.....
