I have an existing EA, where I try to import a csv file with my hourly predictions for EURUSD. I want every hour to check whether the predicted high is higher than the actual open and create buy order. The stop loss will be a multiple of the difference of predicted high and actual open and the take profit will be a percentage of the same difference.

I also want to check whether the predicted low is lower than the actual open and create sell order. The stop loss will be a multiple of the difference of predicted low and actual open and the take profit will be a percentage of the same difference.

The predictions are in GMT and are based on dukascopy ASK and BID data.
