EA to be made on the base of a moving average

Expert programmer Need (monster )

I need an EA to be made on the base of a moving average when the price breaks the moving average buy a number of ticks, I need the EA to buy or sell the market with a stop or trailing stop and limit placed

Parameters

EA need to work on MT4 and MT5

EA need to work on chosen markets / indices / commodities and FX

I need to be able to change the MA from between 5 / 8 /21 / 34 / 50 / 71 / 100 /200 / 500

I need to be able to change the number of ticks above or below the MA before it buys or sells

I need to be able to change the lot size / the limit level /the stop level / and the trailing stop level or track the chosen MA / and also be able to turn off and on the trailing stop or tracking MA

I I need to be able to change the time frames and able to change the days of the week it is to traded or not to traded

I will need detailed instructions on were and how to change all the above
