Zigzag by points/pips or percentage move

Hello,

I am interested in creating a very basic indicator for MT4.

zigzag with only 2 inputs:

movement by points/pips

movement by percentage

I would like it to have all calculation methods: open, close, high, low, median price, weighted price etc

For customization: color of zig-zag, line thickness

This indicator should be the equivalent of how a zigzag is on other platforms like ninjatrader, multicharts etc

The idea of points is for indices cfd's DAX, SPX; pips for forex. On ninjatrader 1 point in spx is 1000 pips.

Could you send me an estimated price and estimated completion time for this project.

I also don't know what the procedure is and how payments are made and when, this is the first time I contact a freelance coder.
