Heiken Ashi Modified Indicator

I want to make some modifications to the HEIKEN ASHI and HEIKEN ASHI SMOOTHED indicators I am uploading with this post. If the indicator is successful, this project might turn into an EA, a job which I once again will do with you.

The basic indicator is built on the Heiken Ashi indicator using the online tool eabuilder.com, and is as follows:

A "buy" blue arrow signal is drawn below candle crossing above the previous one, while a "sell" red arrow signal is drawn above each candle crossing below the previous one. I also added an "offset" function which displaces the arrows vertically by a certain number of pips.

As seen in the picture, this results in multiple useless positions in choppy conditions. Hence the three modifications I would like to make:

1- "SPREAD/PIP FILTER"


This filter would stop any arrow from being drawn (aka for the conditions to be checked), for a spread of "n" number of pips

2-PERIOD RANGE FILTER

This filter would prevent an arrow from being drawn unless the condition is fulfilled for "n" consecutive candles, which would result for example in the below positions:


3-INVERT OVERRIDE
This override is set in place to help protect from extreme volatility when the two filters are in place. This override is immediatly draws the opposite arrow if candle moves a certain number of pips opposite to the last arrow drawn, even if the period and pip filter conditions have not been fulfilled. The number of pips is set via input "n" and is calculated from the last candle on which an arrow was drawn.



4-PREVENT REDRAWING

One final issue I've been having with the current indicator is that during the drawing of the candle, the arrow sometimes "blinks" when the candle moves up and and down and repeatedly crosses over or under the previous one. I would like to implement a way where when the arrow is drawn no further checks are made, aka as soon as there is a cross over or under, the arrow is placed and is static.
