Creating a parabolic SAR EA for MT5

I need an EA based on Parabolic
1) when a parabolic dot come the system can generate signal and create a live position in the connected account.
2) the EA should have options
i) Same direction and opposite
ii) TP/SL 
iii) Should reverse position on the reverse signal
iv) SL Options 1) last bar HI/LO,,, 2) Defined points 3) reverse signal
v) TP: defined points
vi) EA should have start time and stop time option
vii) time to close the position in profit/loss( if time defined like the position will not remain open after that time) 
viii) Time to close all open positions
ix) wait for the better price for opening the position { the system should wait till the defined points till that  will wait for the position to open)
if the EA has originally opened @ 2930 and I have given 5 points better then the system should wait till 2925 to entre
X) the system should have an option to open the position that is only in profit of defined points.
Xi) the system should have a profit compounding option
