Modify ea and add envelope signal to it

Hello 

I need a Envelope EA as follow

1- In EA settings i should be able to set all the parameters for envelope indicator 

2- signal will be created when price hit the upper band or lower band

3- limitation if spread is above=xx

4- do not create excess signal until price come back within the envelope lines

5- do not create signal after x amount of min after a loss signal

6- stop loss(X pip) and take profit on 2 bases 

6-1  take profit  X pip profit and/or hit the opposite line 

Signal will be passed to my other ea for action ( you might have to edit my other ea to add above have a mql source code )
