Request EA/Trademanager

I am looking for a trade manager or EA.
I am looking a manager the could be activated manually from the button on the chart Short/Long or it can be trading fully automated way on assigned trading hours.
When you hit a button then the manager would open a Pending order user-definable amount of pips above or below the last candle high or low. when the signal comes in from an indicator which is available on MQ4 format.
The manager would then place a hidden SL and TP. Both will be user-definable amount of pips.
At the same time, the manager would also place a second pending order at the SL level. If the previous trade was Long then the second trade would be short from the SL level. The second trade would be with the same amount of pips with SL and TP. The trade size for both trades would be user-definable. The pending orders will keep being posted until a trade ends in profit. The EA should have also a use possibility to have number of max trades that the EA will take to minimize losses.

In case of EA if the EA is in the trade it will not enter any new trades if the signal from the indicator comes in until it has finished the previous trade.

The EA should have an option to activate SL movement if there is a new signal from the indicator and its SL level is higher than the previous trade it moves the SL level into a new place and with that also modifies the pending order accordingly.
