On my platform account, when I try to install an indicator from the market it asks me to log in with my login, but even though my name and password are correct it won't let me log in.
I thought that for some reason the pwd was incorrect so I clicked on 'Forgot Login/password?” and got a new pwd sent to me.
With this pwd I enter my web account here safely but even with the new pwd I can't access my login on the platform.
I tried to fix it with the AI available here but it doesn't understand what the problem is and won't let me talk to a human.
What should I do, can anyone give me any advice???
