I bought the Metatrader 5 VPS, and my ping remained the same. It is true that when I enter the VPS section, I see a lower ping (about 0.7 ms), but when I open trades or activate a strategy tester for my EA, it shows my regular ping (about 100 ms). How can I be sure that I am using the VPS ping?
In any case, the customer experience with Metatrader is very poor; there is no way to contact customer support.
