Arigato Scalper" – Expert Advisor for USD/JPY M5

The "Arigato Scalper" is an automated Expert Advisor (EA) designed to trade the USD/JPY pair on the 5-minute (M5) timeframe. The EA offers flexible position management options, incorporating the Recovery Mode feature, which adjusts the lot size after a losing position to recover losses. This feature can be enabled or disabled by the user.

Main Features:

  • Recovery Mode: When this feature is enabled, the EA increases the lot size after a losing position. By doing so, the EA aims to cover previous losses in future profitable trades. This feature is optional and can be enabled by the user.

  • Minimum Investment of 300 USD: The "Arigato Scalper" operates with a minimum investment of 300 USD, ensuring sufficient capital for position management.

  • Dynamic Lot Size Calculation: The EA uses a dynamic lot size calculation method based on the available account balance. When the LotCalculator is active, the lot size is automatically adjusted according to the balance.

  • Moving Averages & RSI Calculations: The "Arigato Scalper" utilizes moving averages (MA) and the Relative Strength Index (RSI) to determine optimal entry and exit points in the market.

Inputs (Settings):

  1. LotCalculator (default: true): When enabled, the EA automatically calculates the base lot size based on the account balance. If disabled, the lot size remains fixed.

  2. RecoveryMode (default: false): When this feature is active, the EA increases the lot size after each losing position, applying the multiplier defined by the lotFactor setting. If disabled, the lot size remains fixed.

  3. lotFactor (default: 2): The multiplier used to increase the lot size during RecoveryMode. With each losing position, the lot size is increased by this multiplier.

  4. basicLotSize (default: 0.01): The base lot size used by the EA, if LotCalculator is not active or for the initial lot calculation in RecoveryMode.

  5. conwins (default: 1): The limit of consecutive winning positions, where the EA can reset the lot size to its base value if RecoveryMode is active.

  6. LotCalculator2 (default: true): This internal variable is used by the EA to reset the lot size to base levels once losses have been recovered.

Strategy & Operation

The "Arigato Scalper" follows a flexible strategy, using technical indicators such as MA and RSI for trade entries and exits. Its main goal is to capitalize on market movements and benefit from volatility, especially on the fast-paced 5-minute timeframe. Additionally, the EA includes advanced risk management mechanisms, adjusting the lot size to optimize profits, even after periods of losses.
