EA for the backtesting of strategy with Bollinger bands and RSI

I need the following EA to trade my system based on Bollinger bands and RSI indicators.

The rules for entry, management and exit can be discussed in more depth if needed but the basics are as follows:

If the price moves above and a candle closes with RSI (Setting will be confirmed after job agreed) of 70 it indicates a potential trade. The trade is placed when a candle closes with RSI below 70- a short trade is entered as long as price is within the bollinger bands (Settings to be confirmed after job agreed) confirms.

 The long trade is the other way around ie the RSI breaks below the 30 level and a candle closes with RSI confirmed below the oversold level. When a candle closes with the RSI above 30 a long trade is entered as long as the candle is within the bollinger band.

 The stop loss is placed above the high bollinger band for short trades f/ below the low band for long trades by a fixed amount.

 The middle bollinger is used for moving the stop loss only after certain criteria are met.

 If a trade is placed and RSI moves back into overbought territory when short or over sold territory when long the trade is exited and is reentered as a new trade when a candle closes with the rsi above the oversold level for the long trades and overbought level for the short trades.

I would like an EA to backtest this strategy/execute trades using this strategy if possible.

Cost is negotiable as i am not sure what a credit is worth!
