Update, simple EA - Pending orders

1 - Remove BE function.

2 - Correct the trailing function. This function is currently not working.

Example:

Use Trailing - true

Start trail - 100

Step - 10

When the price moves 100 in favor, SL is in the entry price. Every 10 points that the price moves, the SL moves along.

After the end time, cancel the pending orders.

4 - Include the candle filter.

Sell only in positive candle. (True / false)

Buy only in negative candle. (True / false)

Only open and closed orders count as transactions. And not the pending orders.

6 - Cancel pending orders after a number of candles.

If both moving average, for true. To place BUY order, the price must be above the two moving average. To place SELL order, the price must be below the two moving average.
