Cross alert + arrow + check mark

Hi there

I would like to have someone make me a alert type EA - so when (just an example), 10 ema, cross 2 ema, i want a sound, (i would like to be able to change the sound at will), an arrow (green for long/call - and red for short/put),

and then if after 10 min (the minut settings is something i want to be able to change), i want a green check arrow if it has closed above the arrow signal - so lets say i get a call signal, at 1.25, then if after 10min (and close of that candle) its at 1.45, then i want a green check mark (and the check mark shall be next to the arrow from 10min ago) 

if possible, then i want it to only do call signals when its in a uptrend (based on the 200ma) and vise versa

this i how i want it to look like - an arrow at the opening of the candle where the ema has crossed - and the 10min after a green check next to it - casued it closed higher = win
