Pivot Camarilla 4hr time frame on 5min chart EA

I need a strategy to work with Pivot Camarilla of 4hr time frame on 5min chart, details explained below:

1- Ability to change currency: (main currency is USD/JPY)
2- Indicator: Pivot Camarilla 4hr time frame (Ability to change this to 1hr, 2hr, 30min)
3- Time frame: 5min chart
4- Orders:

SELL:
a- Create sell order once price crosses S4 during the 4 hours only, and cancel the order if price didn't crosses and a new pivots appeared.
b- Stop loss: Ability to choose between S3, S2, S1 or P
c- Take Profit: Distance between S3 and R3

BUY:
a- Create buy order once price crosses R4 during the 4 hours only, and cancel the order if price didn't crosses and a new pivots appeared.
b- Stop loss: Ability to choose between R3, R2, R1 or P
c- Take Profit: Distance between S3 and R3
