I need a Simple Ea for MT4 - Basically a Dashboard with some functions

Hello , i need a Simple Ea what looks like a Dashboard what can monitor all my open positions with % in drawdown or profit 

i also want to see the amount of orders an the open total lots.

it should look like a active statistic Overview.

it would be also nice to have a button for closing all orders as once.

and the Ea itself needs a some functions:

1. Close all Positions as Once if Profit Target is Hit in Percent or Dollar Amount ( I want to chose between dollar or percent)

2. Close all positions as Once if Maximum Drawdown is Hit in Perecent or Dollar Amount ( I want to chose between dollar or perecent)

My Trading Strategy has a Portfolio View so i hit my targets not by individual trades , thats why i need these functions to work.
