Hull moving average and EMA expert advisor

Hi,

Seeking a scalping EA that is based on the hull moving average and EMA.

Custom inputs:
- 2x hull moving average: please make sure hull MA is coloured depending on the trend. Green for uptrend, Red for down trend
- 2x EMA: IMPORTANT: EMA must have the ability to select timeframe. EG, trading is on 15 min chart, but 200EMA is from 4 hour chart
- Lot size: lot size must be from 0.01 and above
- Take profit: based on number of pips: needs to be as low as 1 pip take profit
- Stop loss: The stop loss will be based on the closing price of a candle closing above or below the faster EMA (depending if position is long or short

Long positions:
Rule 1: Long positions must only take place when the price is trading above the slow EMA. For example 15 minute chart: long trades are only taken when closing price is above the 200EMA  (200 EMA from a four hour chart)

Rule 2: Long trades are only to open when both the fast and slow HMA are green AND the the closing price is above the faster EMA
Rule 3: A new trade is only to open when the price closes below the fast EMA and then again closes above the fast EMA. The position will then only open when both fast and slow EMA are green.

Rule 4: If the TP is not met, the stop loss will be triggered when the prices closes below the fast EMA.

Short positions:

All of the above apply for short position but obviously in the opposite
