Create an a Trade Copier EA

I need a trade copier ea with following settings , 

Master and Slave option should be in a single ea. 

General Settings 

• Account type - Master/Slave
• Master Account number - 
• Master Comment - True False 
• Slave Comment - 

Lot Size Management

Lot Size Type: None/Fixed/Multiplier/Proportional Lot Size per 1000 of Balance. This setting has only meaning on the Slave account(s). If None is selected the Trade Copier EA MT4 will not copy any Master trades. If Fixed is selected, the Trade Copier EA MT4 will copy the master trades onto the Slave account(s) with a fixed lot size as per below setting. If Multiplier is selected, the Trade Copier EA MT4 will use the below multiplier setting for copying master trades onto the Slave account(s). If Proportional is selected Trade Copier EA MT4 will copy the Master account trades onto the Slave account(s) with a lot size proportional to Slave account’s balance. For example if the Master account’s balance is $2000 and the Slave account’s balance is $4000, a 0.10 lot transmitter trade will be copied as a 0.20 lot trade onto the receiver account vice versa , If Master account balance is higher than the Slave account then place trades on slave account based on slave account balance .
