Dashboard with 3MA cross

I have a Multi currency's mql4 EA with 3MA cross , I need a developer that will use those 3ema and develop A dashboard that will take trades after 4 timeframe confirms and use the small timeframe for in and out ,add all the currency the way I want , and show them on the dashboard the way I want( see the picture for both). The small timeframe must always be the last timeframe for the confirmation and entering the trade.

all the selected pairs must show on the dashboard and the current signal on all the selected timeframes

the preference  will be given to the person who have done a dashboard and that person must show a picture when he or she is responding to the project .
