i already have it News Checker Lab has some special modifications to it,

Get the time automatically (Auto GMT) does not need to set summer or winter time

 work without a dll to reduce the load on the processor (OR if Diffucult you can doing any support to decrease the load in CPU)

Optimized its refreshing because the lines of old news are not removed and also panel not change perfectly
