Im looking to have an Expert Advisor built based on a Parabolic SAR Indicator and a Simple Moving Average.

I need to be able to have inputs for Parabolic SAR settings as well as the settings for the Simple Moving Average.  

I have a coded strategy for Tradingview that does exactly what I am looking for that I can share once there is an agreed upon plan.

The EA would need standard trading parameters such as Take Profit, Stop Loss and Trailing Stop loss.

The EA must have input parameters for all indicators. (So I can optimise EA with best parameters)

The EA must be able to run on any time frame (M1, M5, M15, M30 etc) 

The EA must have Money Management. Be able to use % of account for each trade and also have fixed lot.
