Price Action EA with Timer

Looking a simple logic EA based on the following rules

1) Only enter trade at 13:00 (9:00 am est)

2) If 4 hr bear candle enter sell at market or if bull candle enter buy at market

3) Take profit set to 20 pips

4) Stop Loss 5 pips above/below previous 4 hour candle

5) Grid of 10 pips with a max trade of 3

6) If in 20 pips profit from 1 of the 3 grid trades then close all orders.

7) Only 1 closed trade per day

We will only open trades at the close of the 4 hour candle at 9 am est.  Once take profit or stop loss is hit suspend trades until 9 am est next day.
