Macd/cci/ma combination in one indy

Okay so what I need is:- indicator 1 - macd 2 line cross, indicator 2 - cci with 2 added ma’s. I want these combining on to one indicator and for it to produce an arrow on the chart at candle close when condition 1 macd signals the 2 line cross and then condition 2 the cci crosses both ma’s. I need all parameters to be fully adjustable macd/cci and the 2 ma’s. Cci needs to get data from chart as does macd but the two ma’s needs to get data from the cci alone. Only when all above condition met does it produce an arrow for long and short signals.  I also want to be able to fully change all colour for all of the above
