An Exper Advisor that will close open trades at certain amount of floating loss

I need an EA that can close a basket of multiple floating negative trades of different currencies.  I want the EA to watch the open negative trades and when it goes for example from -200 to -50 it must close all open trades.  EA will only be dragged on chart when open trades are all in floating loss and floating loss will always be bigger than the closing loss target.  If EA closes all trades it must also disable until trader use it again.  Remember that the total open trades will always be in a loss as another EA will close individual profits.

Settings in EA:

All Symbols True/False
Close if open orders drops to:  (for example:  -50)

EA must display on chart the current floating loss and also the current equity of the account and amount of open trades
For example :

OPEN TRADES: 14
CURRENT FLOATING PROFIT/LOSS:  -100
EQUITY:  1030
