US trader requests Bollinger Band trend following EA with separate profit targets.

I am a US trader so the FIFO rule applies. I would like a an EA that gets me in a trade when price goes from inside to outside the Bollinger bands on close or tick. Only one trade per time true/false. Enable ECN and 5 digit broker. Stop loss and lot size in and then a phased out approach applies to profit taking. You must have the ability to program the EA to partially close the position as a market order at the moment price reaches each of my desired profit levels. In other words you can't use pending orders with separate lots inside the United States. The only way to partially close a position is you must be at your screen to execute a market order, you cannot have a pending order waiting if your away from your computer. So I need an EA that will partially close out the position for each of my desired profit levels so I don't have to be at my computer all the time a position is open.
