Cci divergence projection line

Hi

    Someone can code this? I need a price projection line that identifies the divergence cci only above or below the level of 100 typical price

    Something like this but with cci indicator    http://www.forexpowerzones.com/2012/04/fractal-extreme-areas-divergence.html


   I have attached an image capture with cci.

   I need the most accurate price  on this indicator, i can find this point by pulling a line between the retracement manually but sometimes I'm not sure which is the valid  low low.
