Multi Timeframe Trend Indicator

I am looking to have a multi timeframe indicator corrected (or coded from scratch) to display correctly across the lower timeframes. It displays the relationship of 4 EMAs on a higher timeframe on a lower timeframe chart. 

5 Different conditions: Stack Up (green), Stack Down (red), CT Up (Blue), CT Down (gold), Range (Gray).  

It is not displaying correctly. It is displaying the same view regardless of the timeframe selected.  In the two attached images, The CT Up condition (blue) is true for the last 11 bars on the 4H chart, so the last 132 bars on the 5 minute chart should be blue. But the 5m chart is the same as 4H, with only 11 bars blue instead of 132. 

I also wish to make sure it corrects to reset each week so that the number of bars does not get off when looking at historical charts due to an odd number of bars on Friday settlement. I want to be able to look at a 1, 5, 15 or 60 minute chart at any time in the past and see which condition was true for the 4 Moving Averages on the 4H timeframe.

The Higher Timeframe is to be a variable, so that I can set it to the current should I choose.
