Transforming MT4 FX-Lite BO EA into web based EA

Who can code a reliable script for we-based BO brokers out of my MT4 FX-Lite BO Expert Adviser?

Must work under demo and live account conditions. Should open HIGH or LOW option trades up from 1 MIN expiry time.  Must fulfill the same functions as the working FX-Lite EA: Martingale, trade sessions, several trade modes.

Everything is predefined by the MT4 BO EA and should work for a web-based BO terminal.  Brokers can be specified.
