Hello. I need help/system to backtest any signal for MT4 or MT5 (http://www.mql5.com/signals) with fixed expiry time.
Based on the History Trades the system have to:
1. Find the opening price on the asset with my broker/pricefeed. (Based on the excact opening time in history trades). To check the slippage.
2. Find the closing price on different fixed expiry times. (ex: 2, 5, 15 , 60 min etc)
Spesifications:
System have to check:
a) Signal open a new positon/trade = find the closing prices with fixed expiry times
b) Signal close a old position = do nothing
Requirements:
I ham thinking maybe we can download the history of an signal. (.csv file?)
System has to filter out and use only "opening signals". ("Closing signals" will de ruin my system.)
Set new columns for prices with fixed expiry time.
Let the strategytester or MT4 plot out the prices from my pircefeed in MT4. To a new .csv file which I can analyze?
System also has to work on MT5 signals!
Maybe other freelance-people have some idea to solve this?
Maybe is it possible to make it even more easy and show the result directly in MT4/5?
