Simple algo to trade crossover of ma and ema only

"The goal of this trading algorithm is to automatically enter and exit trades based on a specific set of rules. .

Time frame : The algorithm will be applied to a  X minute chart of the GBPJPY currency pair. so technically i can choose the time frame to be anything.

Entry rules : 

Buy side  >>>>>>>>

ONLY WHEN FRESHLY 55 MOVING AVERAGE CORSSESOVER 200 EXPONENTIAL MOVING AVERAGE, THEN ONLY  buy trade needs to be taken by the Ea. { do not consider if 55 MA is jsut above 200 EMA, as i mentioned freshly crossover is must }

Sell side >>>>>>>>

ONLY WHEN FRESHLY 55 MOVING AVERAGE CORSSEsbelow 200 EXPONENTIAL MOVING AVERAGE, THEN ONLY  sell trade needs to be taken by the Ea. 

Stop loss >>>>>>>>>>

To manage the risk of the buy side trade, we will set a stop loss 20 pips below the 55-period MA  price level latest crossover with the 200-period EMA. 

To manage the risk of the sell side trade, we will set a stop loss 20 pips above the 55-period MA  price level latest crossover with the 200-period EMA. 

Take profit >>>>>>>>

We will set a take profit of 10 pips. In addition, we will use a trailing stop of 5 pips with a trailing step of 2 pips.

special note : only 1 running trade is allowed at any instance on 1 chart. incase the ma ema crossover even happens, the ea should not trade new trade on chart if already the trade is open and running.

Telegram integration

trade alert for every trade even post trade is opened/closed/trailing stop & trailing step trigerred . in short the telegram messages should come from inception of a trade to closing of the trades and in between all actions such as if the profit is trailing then alerts related to trailing step and trailing stop price increment messages should be sent. 

 kindly note all the values of indicators such as ma ema values, sl tp trailing step trailing stop value all should be editable by me .

{ Request to developer ;- kindly recommend any better mode to execute the strategy without changing the above listed core logics . i request recommendations such as you can suggest me to  execute trades on candle close or on candle timer  etc etc .
