(For DBot & Binary Bot only) I need a programmer for DBot/Binary Bot to code an EA that will open contracts according to my RSI strategy.

The EA should open a contract based on the RSI; essentially when the RSI gets to a certain level but is not able to rise/drop below a second level, the EA should open a contract based on the parameters.
