Need a simple EA based only on parabolic sar

I need an EA that will place an order to sell or buy at 1 pip below or above one dot before the last Parabolic Sar dot.                                 And than stop and reverse at 1pip below or above one dot before the last Parabolic Sar.     Of course the entry order and stop and reverse orders wil lol have to adjust with any new Parabolic Sar dot printed on the chart.      again and again.                                              I will need the following components             1) the numbers of the Parabolic Sar.               2) a TIME from when to when the EA should take any new trades.                                    (3. A Maximum PT if not stopped out yet by a reverse                                                         4) a maximum SL.                                          5) an option to split the PT, meaning to split the lot for one 1/2 to take a small profit and then let the remaining lot run until stopped out or reached the maximum PT.                I need someone that can work on that TODAY
