AN EA that opens an order when arrow appears and closes order when opposite arrow appears.

I want a programmer to make an EA for me out of an indictor I have.

-: the EA should open buy order immediately the buy arrow appears on current or next bar and it should  close the order immediately the sell arrow appears on the current next bar/ candle.

N/B: -:   some of the arrows don't appear in real time. what i mean is for example,  the indicator might signal buy at 10:07 but the arrow might appear on the 10:15 candle.

            or the arrow might appear but it will show  on the 10:00  candle whereas the notification signal came at 10:07.

        **  what i want is that, the EA should open or close an order on the next current candle irrespective of where the buy or sell arrow of the indicator appears.

           :- for example, if  the notification signal comes at 10:07, the EA should open or close a position on 10:08 even if the arrow of the indicator

              appears at 10:00 or 10:15 or 10:07  candles on the charts

-: the EA should work on all time frames, 1,5,15 ......and any other time frame and on all currency pairs.

-: the EA should work on different settings of the indicator not just the default settings only.

-: the EA should should have a:- stop loss

                                              - take profit

                                              - trailing stop 

                                              - and  a manual lot size which is input by me (no auto lots allowed)

                                              - operate 24 hours a day.

-: after coding it, you have to send me the source code

-: i have to test it to make sure it works properly before payments are made.

-:  the EA should be for MT4.

-:  the EA should be able to open as many positions as possible. i.e 5 or more positions at once
