A simple Forex Robot/ Program to take bids in multiple accounts

I need a programmer who can help me create a program/ robot that can take bids in multiple accounts, different products and platforms at same time. The bid conditions is based according to a template on Excel which I created which will need 2 inputs - period high and low prices for it to advice on bids to take.                        .                                  I also want the robot to give period/daily report of bids activated for record purposes. I need a serious programmer with intention for future long term projects in line.                        I am not an IT expert and as a result I want a simple system that can be easily understood and operated with the basic input conditions. The robot should be able to take bids automatically as well as manage the bids. Source code will be released at end of project. More information and specification will be provided during discussion before selecting the best response and expertise. Project time can be extended or reduced once the testing has been certified.
