Problem with subscribe

Hello - I was subscribbed to 3 signals on 3 different machine (PC) Noe I want to have 3 accounts with 3 different signals on the same machine but with 3 seperate MT4 Software running at the same time. Is that possible - and if yeas, for the moment, I can not subscribe to any signal, I get the error
