VPS not synchronized to my account

I am subscribed to a VPS but the trades of the signal provider are not automatically active on my MT4 platform when my computer is shutdown or in sleep position

how to contact my signal provider . I am not receiving his signal continuously. I received his signal today around 2 pm but i can see his last trade was 5 hours ago

i want to change the settings i made during my subscription to a signal provider . Please help

signal provider not adding me his trades

I am subscribed to a sign.al provider but i am not included in his trades. I can see from his records that he traded 19 hrs ago but i haven't seen him for four days. Please advice how to contact him
