Developing trading applications in MQL5 and MQL4

I have a simple color change indication on MT5 so, I want the indicator to carry an alert (push-notification & alert notification). Alert pattern when it color changes from red to green the alert should show in this way (The instrument | Timeframe | Buy), E.g The instrument = EURUSD, Timeframe = M1, Signal = Buy, (EURUSD|M1|Buy). and vice versa

hi, there is an error with the way the trades happen, look at the screen shot. when the green arrow came up, Sell trade was triggered(Correct) and then the sell trade trade went to hit stop loss and a recovery trade(Buy) was triggered(correct) , then that also hit stop loss and closed , then another sell trade was opened continuing the recovery trade(this is wrong). it shouldn't have happened. Reasons why it is wrong
