Orders for indicators development - closed

Hello for some reason my EA isn't opening trades when it's supposed to. When a new arrow forms with my indicator a new trade is supposed to open. But for some reason, it only opens trades sometimes. I need this fixed. Please look at the source files and let me know if you can fix it. Please only accept the job if you read the source code and you found you can fix the issue. the HMA attached has a time frame option. where if i am on , let say a 15m chart, i can put the HMA on a 1h and see what the higher TF is doing. However, when i do this, it slows down metatrader drastically if i have it on more than 2 charts. is there something that can be done with the programming to help this indicator run more smoothly
