Orders for indicators development - outdated

Hello I have an indicator i want to modify. On a chart, arrow appear first and popup alert appear after current candle close. I need the popup alert at the same time arrow appear. I must try the indicator before i make payment. Note that my budget is $10 not more. Thanks and be happy

I would like to develope 1 indicator that combine 4 EMA from different time frames into 1 chart. The TF are M5, M15, M30 and H1.
