Orders for indicators development - outdated

As the tile says i need an indicator that can read data (lines with a specific color) and some additional data and store this to a txt file. The indicator should be able to find a set of two horizontal lines (target & stop) with a specific color. Once those are found the indicator should find another line with a specific color code as well and of this line the name should be grabbed on which should be searched for so

Any coder able to develop an indicator that automatically identifies the Quasimodo level (QM level) from the chart and also a dashboard that scans the market and shows the QM levels. The product should not have constraints on cpu and ram and should run and scan all available pairs and timeframes without lagging and without Mt4 overload. Would be better if coder has similar products before that can be shown

I have an expert advisor which seems to implement a breakut strategy. The EA work very well in backtesting, but the result in demo is not good compare to the backtest result. The problem is such that in its shift function when a positive value is inserted it works without problems but if it is a negative value the indicator no longer works, it disappears from the screen.
