Orders for Expert Advisors development - outdated

Hi, I need a basic Point and Figure EA built. I can provide a free mt4 indicator i found online but it is too laggy really. I would like to develop this system to see if it works. This will need a couple of upgrades also for the developer after the basic version, and after i test it and see what improvements are needed. Thanks
