Hello,

I would like help to create a pretty robust trading algorithm/program based mainly on the concepts of the Average Directional Movement Index (ADX). 

I would like to use this on the MT4 platform as an expert advisor. 

I have attached a PDF in which I try and explain my requirements further.

For the programmer that agrees to work with me I will provide a much more in depth description of everything.

I am unsure of a price range or a time range for this so this is open to negotiation.
