Specification

I've got a momentum based EA and need to make a simple modification to it.

I just want to add a simple functionality to the EA where when trying to open a trade it will make a check to see the last three trades. If they were opposite to position it's trying to open and it's less than 60 minutes since the last trade it should not open it.

For example, if the EA is trying to open a "buy" trade but last 3 trades were "sell" trades and the last sell trade was within last 60 mins, it should not open it.
