Plot price levels base on turning point and fibonacci ratio

1. Use non-repaint turning points (swing high, swing low) in any timeframe and draw price levels base on fibonacci ratios. Programmer must communicate with me how to ensure turning points don't repaint and that the turning point spotted by the programming is similar to my requirement. This is to be done before bidding or selection of programmer.

2. Build a panel where at current timeframe, I could turn on and off the other timeframe levels whether i want it to be displayed in current timeframe chart

3. Once turning points is correctly spotted, levels on chart are drawn base on mathematical ratios. Price level is drawn base on ratios of turning point relative to current price level or previous turning points. As there will be many levels drawn in a chart, programmer need to suggest how to display these levels in a clear and systematic manner

4. I have existing mt4 code that draw the high/low of candles and open/close of candles. Will require you to incorporate these codes into the new indicator

5. Once levels and logic are properly displayed in chart, when price touches a price level or penetrate a price level on close, indicator will alert via email/push notification

6. When more than one price level congest together tightly base on defined percentage, indicator will indicate that this is a zone and mark differently. Alert as well

7. Protection: user will receive one part of indicator (receiver). I will load the other part of indicator into a server (sender). This is to prevent anyone from decompiling the indicator and seeing the logic behind. You can suggest other ways to prevent stealing of my code and logic. I do not want loading speed of indicator to slow down too on any protection method. 

8. Allow me to key in an expiry date of indicator, option to key something in indicator to make it work only on specific broker and specific account

Remarks: once this indicator is completed and subject to actual trading, I will want to work with programmer again to code it into an EA. Programmer ideally should have experience also to do programming in tradingview too (pine script)
