Locking EA with account number on a website

I have an EA. It can be locked with client's account number provided by brokerage. The purpose is that no any other person could use this bot except the client, if client decided to give a copy of this bot to anybody else.

Right now I lock each copy of my bot with this number manually. I have to open .mq4 file in MetaEditor, place account number, compile the .ex4 file and send it to a client. And repeat this steps to every other clients. But I want to do it automatically, on my website that sells this bot. 

So here are the steps:

1. Client visits my website.
2. He makes a purchase through Stripe or smth. 
3. He opens his personal account on my website. 
4. He sees the form that says "Insert your account number from brokerage". 
5. He fill up the form and hit "Get the bot" button. 
6. Somewhere somehow website generates the copy of the bot with this account number inside, locked with it. 
7. Automatic download of locked file of the bot started.

I need your help to understand, how we can do step N6. I need a consultation or the job done itself.

Additionally, I would like to know if we can do this using Telegram bot? (not on a website). 

Please, let me know if it's even possible.
