EA scanning for specific candlestick patterns and sent notifications to my Telegram

Specification

The EA has to scan for Inside bars and engulfing candles at the 'New bar' event. In this EA - Bullish Engulfing is only valid if its Low is lower than previous candle's low and high is higher than previous candle's high. Bearish engulfing is the opposide (I can provide examples). When a valid candle is detected I need a notification to be send to my Telegram telling me the Pair and timeframe on which the valid pattern occured. The preferred timeframe is 30 min.

This is for forex, US 30 and US 100 only. I also need the source code.
