Pinescript Developer to create indicator on TradingView

We have an idea for an indicator we'd like to create on TradingView. 

It should be pretty basic, we just need to be alerted when three different setups happen based on support and resistance and candlestick patterns after a breakout (closing above/below the support or resistance.
