EA - On a manual entry to a trade, EA to deploy Stoploss and Take Profit points

Here is a brief description of what I want the EA to do

I will manually enter a trade (Sell or Buy) with 3 - 6 - 9 lots or more in multiples of 3

I would manually set the number of lots prior to entering a trade

On entry to a trade the EA is activated and carry's out the actions below

On entry a stoploss is set at  -3 pips + the spread, & a Take Profit@ +4pips & a Take Profit@ +8pips from entry point

If price moves with me, at +4 pips close 1/3 of the trade & move the Stoploss to +1 pip

At +8 pips close a second 1/3 of the trade and activate the stoploss to a trailing stop off 8 pips

Let the remaining 1/3 of the trade run its course until stopped out
