Simple Indicator with Dashboard

Simple indicator with integration into a dashboard that can open up new charts

Indicator:

Needs to detect when the size of the body of a candle is over a % greater than the average of the last 'x' candles.

E.g. If I want 100% greater in size than the last 10 candles. If the average of last 10 candles was 100 points, it will alert when there is a candle more 200 points. Can be either bull or bear candle.

Dashboard:

1. I want option of 3 different timeframes to detect the alerts (1min, 5min, 15min)

2. Cover all major and minor currency pairs (will share later)

3. Be able to see the alert (by change of color)

4. Have a sound alert

5. Be able to click on the currency and timeframe which will open a new chart of that currency and timeframe using an existing template

Please only experienced programmers who have done dashboards before.

Also be able to allow testing before finalising payment.
